Future Directions

CORNERSTONE’s preliminary analysis has shows that there is room for further exploration. As soon as the analysis of the project’s data collection is finalised, blog post will be published at a relevant publication and a journal article will be submitted to an Academic Journal that is relevant to the project’s scope. In addition, the project’s lead researchers plan on submitting a new grant application which will allow them to continue this research.  

CORNERSTONE can provide insights into the way smart energy appliances are presented in the media and the way they may be perceived by the public that consumes that media. This will bridge an important gap in such research in the UK.  

More funding for this research is essential in order to have a more holistic approach to the preliminary results.
